5. HOW YOUR WEBSITE WILL BE DESIGNED

Step 1 ) Invoice issued: When we receive your 'all in one package' application sign up we will send you an Invoice for a down payment of 30% to start work.

Step 2 ) Send Website Content to YaZoogle: Please e-mail your Website content to YaZoogle to joanne@yazoogle.com.au including

1. The 5 Page Types you will require
2. Your Business Logo
3. Text Content for the individual pages - approx A4 size
4. The Images for the individual pages - approx 5 per page - 250 pixels wide 300 pixels high.
5. Contact details for the contact page - address - PO Box - e-mails - Tel - Fax - Mobile

Step 3 ) Website Design Starts: We will proceed to design your website and upload to a TEMP web server for viewing and comments on by you. We allow up to 3 webstite structure designs. A link to view this webiste will be sent to you by email

Step 4) Domain and Hosting Registration Starts: Yazoogle will send you the domain/hosting online form link by e-mail to fill in and send back to us by web mail. YaZoogle will register these on your behalf.

Step5 ) Website goes Live:  When you agree with the website design - structure and its content - a final invoice will be issued. When this has cleared, the website will be uploaded to the hosting of your choice and is made Live!

* If there is any new content not quoted - this will be added to the final Invoice.

TIME FRAME: Approx 4 - 7  days to complete website when all content is recieved by YaZoogle.
