How Do We Charge ?
We price by each web element to be added to the site and not by the hour- which makes it easier for you to follow your website payments as you go. You know exactly what you are paying for and can add or subtract each element as you go. You may decided to start with a 20 unit thumbnail pop-up gallery at the start and then add 20 more at a later stage. A Quote will be issued with full details of what you are paying for in unit prices based on the information provided to us.
You will now exactly how much you can add to the website 6 months down the line based around our itemized Quote and budget for future website upgrades down the road. If you want to add one more page you will know how much it costs, if you want to add a feedback form you will know how much it costs.
How do we proceed with your Website Design ?
Step 1 ) Design Website Structure : Gathering the information for what you require on your website eg type of website - what it is for - your target audience - amount of pages - page names - dynamic content such as one off e-commerce buttons for individual products - thumbnail gallery's - Feedback forms etc this can be done either over the phone, ring Joanne on 08 95736684 - this is a FREE consult Service, or by filling on our FREE online Live Quote or simply e-mail joanne@yazoogle.com with what you would require.
A follow up phone call will be made by YaZoogle to gather any other details required and a brief discussion of what is the aim/goals of your website - target customers - how you would like the website to function eg Brochure style design Vs E-commerce, marketing the website after it has been completed etc.
From this information and using our years of web design experience, we will advice you on a what type of website structure and website design that will suit your needs and a Quote will be issued.
Step 2 ) 30% Down Payment : If you agree with this Quote a Invoice for 30% of the Quote is issued for work to begin.
Step 3 ) Website Content sent to YaZoogle: You can e-mail your Website content to YaZoogle to joanne@yazoogle.com.au or post on CD rom to PO Box 193, Wundowie WA6560 including
1. Your Business Logo ( if you have one)
2. Text Content for the individual pages - approx A4 size
3. The Images for the individual pages - approx 5 per page - 250 pixels wide 300 pixels high.
4. Contact details for the contact page - address - PO Box - e-mails - Tel - Fax - Mobile
5. Any other information Quoted which I will require.
Step 4 ) Website Design Starts: YaZoogle will proceed to design your website and upload to a TEMP web server for viewing and comments on by you. We allow up to 3 website structure designs. A link to view this website will be sent to you by email
Step 5 ) Domain and Hosting Registration Starts: Yazoogle will send you the domain/hosting online form link by e-mail to fill in and send back to us by web mail. YaZoogle will register these on your behalf. ( if Quoted)
Step 6) Website goes Live: When you agree with the website design - structure and its content - a final invoice will be issued. When this has cleared, the website will be uploaded to the hosting of your choice and is made Live!
* If there is any new content not quoted - this will be added to the final Invoice.
TIME FRAME: Approx 5 - 10 days to complete website when all content is received by YaZoogle.
