We are always looking after for the best interest of our clients. Once a client has agreed with our Quote; the client is put into the 'GO ' folder ahead of any potential clients. We are very loyal to our customers. And those who have signed up ahead of others have first preference in getting their website done - even if you are a 1 page client. We will not let the 100 page client over shadow your job.

2. Dedication:

We are always dedicated in getting the job out on time. We have been known to work at night and weekends to make a deadline at no extra cost. Once the website has been Quoted the work on that Quote will be accomplished on time!

3. Great Value:

We do not compromise quality for quantity - We give 1000% for all clients whether it is a 1 page website or 100 page website. All customers get exactly the same service. We charge less than most web designers as our overheads are low and we pass on the savings to the clients.

4. Honesty:

We always let the Client know if they have gone outside the Quote. We do not add any hidden fees after a Quote is issued. All Charges and Fees are laid out up front. The client will get exactly what they have been Quoted for. The only exception is if during the design process - the client decides to add new content to the website outside the Quote - like additional Pages - a Feedback Form - a Flash element - a booking for if this happens, we will notify you of the additional charges to complete this BEFORE we do the work and not after the fact. We try to be very very careful in not ending up with a website that costs twice what was quoted for.

5. Convenience:

Do you know that we do not have to even meet to get your website done ?? - Everything can be done online - that's the beauty of the web industry. We have worked for clients all over Australia and managed to communicate by telephone -e-mail and post. We will design your website and upload it to a TEMP folder for viewing. You can then make comments on what you like and dislike ?? Any feedback is always welcomed in the design process. Just fill out the Quick Quote Form and we will issue you with a Quote.

6. Professional Vs Do it yourself websites (DIY)

If you try the DIY - ' Do-It-Yourself ' websites which are now available on-line, experience has shown ( from clients who have come to us to rescue them ) that these are not so easy to use and one can become frustrated with these Template based static designs and their promises of easy step by step build your own website ideals.

We design one off, unique, stand-alone websites. More importantly theses are non-template based Website Designs. You pay for once for the life time of the website. Signing up with a template based website packages will cost you thousands of dollars over the life time of the website. Don't get caught out with these hidden monthly costs. We have found that unless you have some experience in graphic design and competent computer skills - these DIY websites just do not do everything you need to show your Products and Services to the Internet end-users.
